ALESSIA
Alessia Banterla is an Italian fashion photographer, born in Verona on February 7, 1993. From a young age, she developed a deep passion for art and fashion, spending hours exploring industry magazines and dreaming of capturing beauty through the lens of a camera. Her passion became a true vocation when she decided to pursue a photography course at the John Kaverdash Academy.
After completing 8 master’s degrees in photography, Alessia began her career as an assistant to high-fashion photographers, an experience that allowed her to learn directly from the great masters of the industry. During this time, she gained in-depth knowledge of photographic techniques, particularly in lighting, composition, and the ability to tell stories through images. This wealth of knowledge gave her the opportunity to approach the fashion world with confidence.
Throughout her career, Alessia has collaborated with numerous emerging designers and established brands, shooting for prestigious magazines, including PhotoVOGUE, and creating advertising campaigns for internationally recognized clothing brands. Her photographs, always characterized by a unique and original style, reflect her vision of fashion that goes beyond appearance, highlighting the personality and authenticity of the people wearing the clothes.
Alessia’s mission is to represent diversity and authenticity in the fashion world. She firmly believes that fashion photography can go beyond simply capturing clothing, becoming a tool to tell the stories and emotions of the people who live it.
With her work, Alessia hopes to continue influencing the fashion industry, promoting a more inclusive and authentic vision of beauty, and inspiring a positive change in the perception of what is “beautiful” and “fashionable.”
